Agreements
The 100% equity of KIES is divided to
- 60% as Product Development Share
- 40% as Revenue and Expenses
New Collaborators are given a standing of their holdings in product development share if the venture is successful and the assignment of the following is purely based on the value brought to the Vision Vs net value. It is decided by the panel and judgement is final and cant be reverted. Further all collaborators are subjiect to dilutions when new collaborators merge.
Every collaborator must be a part of the Linking Minds network and its mandatory to post the unique ID and registered email id in every contributory posts.
